Borrowed from the Thais, you can make a wonderful dessert with pumpkin. Just whisk together eggs, coconut milk and sugar to make a custard, pour it into the clean cavity of a pumpkin and steam it. This forms a lovely soft custard that goes so well with the soft pumpkin.
Next time, when you split open the pumpkin, remove the seeds and make a quick snack.
All you need to do is wash and dry the pumpkin seeds, place it on a roasting tray, sprinkle some salt and bake it in a 180C oven for 20 minutes.
